PORSCHE SHOW 'N' SHINE "Club Sandwich" at MotorClassica

We will again team up with RACV MotorClassica for this year’s PCV Show ‘n’ Shine event. MotorClassica offers an abundance of motoring delights in and around the stunning Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton and PCV Members can be involved in many ways including; by showing their pride and joy; being up close and personal with the historic classics; scrutineering the pride of their peers.
PCV have been allocated 40 places to again take part in the “Club Sandwich” display outside the Exhibition Building, which will be in an area securely fenced off and only accessible to event ticket holders. All club members whose car is part of PCV’s Show ’n’ Shine and therefore Club Sandwich will receive two free passes for inside the Exhibition Building for the day their vehicle is on display. Pass-outs will be issued on the day.
2014 MotorClassica options (choose as many as you want):
•Display your car for judging and public showing
•Full or half day volunteer for MotorClassica
•PCV Show ‘n’ Shine judge
•Show your Track Car
The display will run from 9.00am to 4.00pm. Judging will continue with the successful format of a relaxed scrutinising applied to the Club Class registers and stricter judging being applied to the Master Class that applies to the winners of a Club Class award for the previous 2 years. Slight changes have been made where groups such as Turbo, GT2, GT3 & RS will fall within their 911 model designation.
Trophies along with framed awards will be presented to our winners. In addition there will be two MotorClassica awards, one for "Best Club Display” and one for “Best Car on Ground”.
Special thanks is made to RACV Motorclassica for the donation of entry tickets & Meguiar’s for the Premium Product sample pack for each of the confirmed and accepted booking.
Space and numbers are strictly limited so please register early if you wish to participate.

“IMPORTANT” - Requirements for the event are as follows:
SHOW 'N' SHINE VEHICLES: - $40.00 entry fee per car
Entrants will receive (package being finalised):
•2 tickets to MotorClassica on day of display
•Free tea and coffee on arrival on day of display
•Meguiar’s care pack.
Conditions of entry are strictly that all vehicles must arrive before our nominated move-in time (maybe as early as 7.00am) and will not be permitted to be removed until 16:00. Event staff will usher you into your allocated display position. Please ensure you are on time, otherwise it will probably be too late to enter the display. (Exact move in time will be confirmed closer to the day and emailed to entrants).
Judging is based on the overall condition of the vehicle and is not intended as a concours d’elegance. We encourage all to enter their Porsche and enjoy the day amongst PCV members and other motoring enthusiasts.

MOTORCLASSICA VOLUNTEER:
Volunteers will receive:
•Comprehensive orientation and induction program
•Free entry to the RACV MotorClassica on the day of the shift.
•Free MotorClassica polo shirt (with PCV logo on sleeve if over 10 club volunteers)
•Free water, tea and coffee throughout each volunteers’ shift
• Lunch pack (full day volunteers only)
SHOW 'N' SHINE JUDGE:
Judges are sought to judge the PCV vehicles on display. There is a choice of relaxed judging for Club Class registers or tougher Master Class criteria.
